Temperatures will be blistering around much of the country for the next few days. Pump those fluids early on the day to prepare your body. If you can get water or gatorade in your system early, it will help with keeping a proper hydration through out the day. Try to avoid salt intake and alcohol consumption, as both substances result in dehydration. Communtiy pools and water parks are a great source of relief also. Maybe the temperatures will break off in a few days, but for now, a few simple steps will help you stay safe. People have short tempers when hot weather sets in, so take an extra ten seconds before you speak to co workers, family memebers, friends, and even complete strangers. It will save you from having to apologize latter.
