I could look through 20 countries but if anyone has done the work, would love to hear thoughts.
Also, is there anyplace one can mortgage or is it all cash only?
I split time between Boston and NYC and was gonna buy a condo in Miami, but the maintenance fees are so out of whack that it is near impossible these days. ($2000 mortgage, $3000 maintenance)
