After today they will break a franchise all time rec for the biggerst losing streak. THings are not gonna get better they head to New York tonight this thing could easily go on longer.

Just when they had a above .500 record and was pitching outstanding they went and pulled this rabbit out that hat have the team just given up? Will the manager be relieved of his duties?

I'm no GM but something gotta change in that franchise thats for sure.

Thoughts?

This is pretty bad, they loaded their team up with young guys.. and none of them really know how hit consistently, I think Ackley could be a real good player, but Smoak doesn't seem like he will ever fulfill his potential.

They need a couple of guys that can hit .300 they are a lot like the White Sox offensively.. it's a bunch of guys around .260 and under. What are they averaging during this streak, about 2-ish runs a game? That's a ton of pressure to put on your pitching staff.

I was thinking the same thing. The manager will most likley be fired IMO. Things dont get much easier for them either with the Yankees and then they have the Rays after.
