China stayed within 23 last year in the under 18 tournament. The USA is playing their 4th game in 5 days and plays again on Tuesday. They will be happy to win this game by 25 to 30 points. This game matches the #1 team vs. the #6 team in FIBA under 19 rankings. China is just 1-2 but should have some confidence after a 93-67 win over Egypt. USA has won their first three by 22, 23 and 34 points.

I like how Dr T doesn't post every day but does so only when he sees great value. Hence the stelar record across the board.

I really liked Russia and the under in today's early (11:15am eastern) game but never saw a line. China played well yesterday vs. the USA and had to turnaround and play again in an early game. Russia won a low scoring 65-53 game. I would've expected an over/under of 131.

As I write this at 4pm, the USA and Italy are getting ready to play at 4:30. The line is USA -30.5 with NO TOTAL available. Can the USA bounce back after yesterday's close win? The USA plays undefeated Canada tomorrow and that should be an interesting game. Will they give a total for that game?

Chile is the home team and they face Chinese Taipei at 6:45pm. Taipei is favored by 5. The Czech Republic did well playing at home last summer in the 2010 FIBA women's tourney.

France and Brazil play at 8:15pm. Brazil should have some fans there since the games are in Chile. France plays great defense and their scores are low. I would look at under 117.5 as this will be Brazil's fifth game this week. France has played games that reached 95, 112 (vs. Australia) and 112 (Spain). Brazil did play a 117 point game vs. Slovenia. I lean to the UNDER.

There are still plenty of games left. I should have some plays on Wednesday depending on the lines.
