Giants open up with Rowand getting a double, Keppinger hit by the pitch and Beltran with a single to knock in Rowand.

Happy Friday OMT. I cannot get the game tonight, but keeping up with the score ticker on MLB Network while watching Philadelphia and Pittsburgh. Still 96 degrees here at 7:00 PM. I have drank so much water, my kidneys may never forgive me.

Early trouble for Vogelsong. I would have a hard time in that kind of heat. On the plus side, the more water you drink, the healthier your kidneys will be.

After 1 inning: Reds: 2-1.

Vogelsong threw 31 pitches and looked tired already. Don't think he is going very far in this one. Giants will have to rely on their bullpen once again. Let's see how Willis holds up.

On the Giants at -101 Vogelsong got lucky to get out of that with only 2 runs

Wow Philadelphia is stomping Pittsburgh 7-0 in the 2nd and the inning isn't even over. Glad you Giants did as much damage as they did OMT.

Coolie

Looks like he won't last much longer

Agree! Hits Jannish in the back followed by giving up a hit to Willis. He is definitely way off tonight. Has no command on his first pitch.

Philly hitters won't admit it but they don't see Giant pitchers very well. Giants in trouble tonight.

Maybe Cody Ross can come alive tonight OMT. He became one of my favorite Giants last year in post season. He just seems to be an authenic guy. Probably would have made a good Sailor or Marine in another profession.
