Sources tell me that Haynesworth is in amazing shape and graded highest of all defensive linemen on Belichick’s stringent conditioning test. It comprises three sets of 10 40-yard dashes, with 30-second rest between each dash and three-minute rest between each set. Each dash had to be completed in under 7 seconds. Pretty damn impressive.

I blame Shanny for most of Haynesworths problems last year. All offseason he wanted to prove that he was better than Big Al and that everything would be his way. Secondly, they brought in a coach to run a 3-4 defense that hadn't done that in 10 years. Skins were stupid, made Al unmotivated, sat him even though he produced. Would love to see him excel with the Pats

I love watching the expression on Warren Sapp's face whenever they bring up Haynesworth. He basically believes he's a big pile of shit.

There must be more to that than we know. They ran McNabb out of town, also. If I was a free agent - Redskinland might be the last place I would want to be.
