Atl vs Wash

I know Washington is on fire but Wang is on the mound today. His best years were in 03-05 with the yanks and he hasn't done much since. Beachy had one bad game in his last 7 starts. The price is still high on Atlanta but i think they pull this one out.

was at -150 and now -148 on pinnacle. not a big drop but i think the public is on Atlanta.

Beachy had 9 strikeouts in his last outing against Washington. Washington now has a team betting average of .326 in the current 4 game winning streak. Ankiel has homered two days in a row. The heat today will be extreme so Beachy has to have short innings to be effective. Wang seemed to indicate in the article on ESPN MLB Preview that he was ready to go and 100% healthy. Uggla and Freeman both have hit streaks going, but Atlanta still hitting into many double plays and are only 4 for 22 recently with runners in scoring position. Tough call. Still undecided.

I like Washington + 1 1/2 at -125. Washington playing well while Atlanta hits into many double plays and strands runners. You always gets the last bat with the home team if needed and in extra innings as well.
