The Mets offense belted out hit after hit last night and threw in 4 home runs in the mix to break a five game losing streak. Today instead of having to face a scheduled ace Jurrjens who now is on the DL, the Mets will face Mike Minor who was recalled from the minors recently to be the replacement. Atlanta's mid relievers are struggling with walks right now to add to the Braves pitching woes until the superb closers come on the scene. Reyes and company should get enough opportunities to manufacture runs while Gee trys to break Uggla's and Freeman's hitting streak. If Mets can even recapture a portion of the offense they dispalyed last night against todays replacement pitcher, they should score above the posted team total line.
