I just cant understand why this team cant draw in runs? As soon as pirates scored 2 runs i felt the game was already over cause in order for the giants to score 3 they would have to take a team HGH shot.......any reasoning behind their lack of hitting?

Another double play......the giants hit so bad i think vegas should have an over/under prop on double plays allowed in a game when they play. Id say:

Over/Under Giants double plays

Over 3 -125

Under 3 Even

They do hit into a ton of DP's, especially for a team that doesn't hit a lot of HRs. They have some real base-cloggers in that lineup. Huff is one of the slowest players in the league, and Keppinger is a good hitter but is the slowest 2nd baseman I've ever seen. Panda is still pretty slow even with the lost weight.

I'm on the OVER 7, so I'm hoping for a bloop and a blast from SF. Now that the pen is in for SF, Pittsburgh's probably done scoring.

Counting all 3 west coast home teams tonight they were outscored and beat:

19-4 in runs.........whats out there that caused them to play so poor?

Halladay is a freak of nature. Bet on the Phillies, not the shaky Giants cuz of their unpredictable offense.

Giants only win once they have a lead, because they rely on their pitching. We all know pitchers have off days, and when that happens for SF, they lose. You will never see that garbage hitting lineup scoring consistently, that's why I haven't bet them in a long time. Even when the have Lincecum, you will see them score like 1 or 2 runs. SF banks on getting a shutout every outing, which will not happen. Should they make the playoffs I will consider making a play on them again, but until then, they are not trustworthy at all.

I think this says it all. Twice on Sunday with the bases loaded they tried a suicide squeeze with one out. I have never seen the squeeze play with the bases loaded. Their offense was bad last year and it's even worse this year. It's gotta be tough pitching knowing if you give up even one run you are going to loose.

I couldn't agree with you more. Nonetheless, this team gets OVER-PRICED all the time because of their quality pitchers in that rotation.

This is the greatest non hitting team in history of the modern era, and it's not debatable.

They won the WS that year, their best hitter was 23 game winner Don Drysdale.
Think I'm kidding, look at the link closely, look at Drysdale's power numbers.
