I did no crime and nothing wrong !!! was apprehended by immigration official and they have the 3 month law and was here 5 months . being put on a plane by govt. and shipped back to u.s.

Which Island ?? I've been to many myself over the years.

But Knew that at All of these islands they have a 3 or 6 month Visa program
All you had to do is leave for 72 hours and could have gone back in.

I'm going to guess you have to wait 2 years before you can go back to that Island ?

you are contradicting yourself here, you either "did nothing wrong" or you were staying illegally (past the time they allow)

I think BAS is being optimist on those 2 years....I imagine it would be more like 5 (or higher) , of course it helps to know which island
