laid $3000 to win a dime on sabathia two summers ago. Game was over by the 3rd inning (loser). I still can't believe I laid that kind of wood on a baseball game. -400? Ah, no.

-400 in one game would be 130-32 over 162.

Never

But like Murph, I might almost take the dog and the under at +900 or whatever, just because its there

I remember when Sabathia first landed in New York. I cleaned up betting against him and laying 1.5 runs at 5dimes. Lines were sometimes around +500. Haven't hit too many of those since

I will never forget I was in Vegas years ago and I went to bet on Randy Johnson and he was laying -280. The guy behind the counter told me to bet the runline since it was a better value. I layed the 280. It was a 1-0 victory.

I don't touch baseball games -200 and up any more.

Yes of course I would lay -400 on an mlb game, but my risk amount would be same as usual so I wouldn't win much but sure I would play 4-1 fave.

Never on a baseball game. Often times, I wager on a boxing match at a bit higher then -400. Wagered $5K on Amir Khan in his last fight at -500. Walked away with an easy dime as he won in any mid fight knockout.

My first year ever of MLB capping in late 90's I was spending hours breaking games down. Was up 10k on the summer... I did zero capping one Friday and was going out to the bars with friends. Got the itch to have some action and laid -340 on Greg Maddux without looking at anything stat wise. Just wanted some easy action. Braves were playing Tampa Bay at home I am pretty sure - big favorites with maddux pitching . Anyway... T.Bay was up by 8 runs by the 3rd inning. It was sickening. Learned my lesson that day. If I ever want that kind of action with no capping, best to take a big dog. I had 3k on the game.

Hell yeah. Situation wouldn't arise currently, but hypothetically, if I got Roy Halladay pitching for the Red Sox against Kyle Davies playing on the Mariners, I'd lay that chalk for the max. A matchup like that would probably be -500 though.

Last one I believe was twins (Santana)/nationals it was over -400, closer to -500 I believe it was. The nationals won by two runs. That was 4 or so years ago.

No i'd never lay that much wood, if the line is -350 plus I take the dog and have had success in MLB doing that.
