Youkilis is out, Ortiz is doubtful, Scutaro is questionable. These are big offensive holes to fill for the Red Sox.

Red Sox's Andrew Miller will get lit up in first four innings and be yanked, he yielded 5 runs to the Royals at home a few days ago. He has a 7.50 ERA in his last four starts and pitches horrible at night (7.62 this year). Royals have a potent offense at home, and their pen pitches well there too.

I'm not calling this a lock, I'm just saying there's value. Regardless, the game will stay under the total of 10.

Not sure how they are better off without Scutaro. His replacement Lowrie has a batting average that is 23 points lower than Scutaro.

Good luck

and aviles will prob be the replacement...also lowrie has less ABs than scutaro and almost has matched numbers in RBI, HR and about the same OPS.. that is what really counts, not batting avg

Lowrie and Aviles will both be in the line-up tomorrow if it goes like it did today. Aviles is batting .233

Cheers

if royals can be patient, it might be a good bet.. considering all the walks miller gives up, and how francis has pitched of late, i like the over..gl!!
