Either take a break or just tail a few good ones a day. Just take your time and think long and hard about each play before you make a decision. If you're kind of torn on a game just don't bet it.
I actually should practice what I preach because I tend to do the same thing as you and go on tilt, but I'm starting to get better and better at it. I've reduced my plays from 6 to about 4-3 per card.
