The welcome email after registering online for Synbet does not include any contact phone numbers nor do I see any on their web site.
Shoot me a pm with Synbet phone numbers.

ok i just found my welcome email in my spam and it has a account ID and i tried to login with that and it doesn' work. we created a username when we signed up that does work when i log in. so what does the account ID do?

tried 3 times to sign up with them and pulse ........no luck .........no number .........useless books IMO .........could not even contact over live chat ...........
went someplace else .................useless ............

How can a book not have a customer service number on their site??


We actually do have a few different ways that you can use to contact us in our "Contact Us" section with 2 phone numbers over there, 1 in UK and 1 US Toll-Free. We also offer Skype support. Live chat is coming soon too.

Nice try. The US number was added to the "Contact Us" section after I started this thread.
Then when I call it no one answers , but hear some automated recording which does not identify Synbet.
Might be nice if you started posting useful information in lieu of promo stuff.

Yes, it was added today. The UK number has been there the whole time though. I am not sure why noone picked up when you called, they might have been busy. After we became platinum sponsors here we saw a large increase in customers and we are adjusting to it now (getting a larger office for Customer support). Once again, Sorry for the inconvenience

Regarding last night at Synbet...

For the record I just spoke to one of the upper management people at SYNbet and discussed the telephone situation situation in their CSD office in Costa Rica last night. There records indicate only one missed call at 2AM EST.

I would also like to add that SYNbet and Pulsebet are both in the process of moving from Costa Rica to a location in Europe and are trying to service an influx of new clients while also moving around 5000 miles to a new and much more modern location.

Please believe me, I am not trying to make excuses for them but just telling you the entire situation as it was explained to me.

Apparently their graveyard shift missed at least one call and possibly other callers received a taped message but no one is more apologetic than the upper management at Synbet over this.

Soon they will be established in their new European offices, where they have already begun to hire a sufficient staff with excellent language skills, to man their phones 24/7 with live persons there soley to serve you and answer your questions in clear and understandable English.

I ask you to not judge them simply because of one isolated incident where they were understafed at an office they are closing down soon and judge them for the wide range of wagering opportunities they will be offering this football season and the many generous contests they have already negotiated with The Rx.com for the benefit of you the Rx posting body.

I promise you this was a one time incident that could happen anywhere. I will add that since day one both their General Manager and Marketing Director have been available to myself and other Rx employees such as Hache Man at any time of day should we need to discuss their transition into the Platinum sponsor spot here at The Rx.com. or any other matter involving their relationship with The Rx and it's Posters.

Right now a substantial number of quality books are turning their backs on US residents while both SYNbet and Pulsebet are reaching out to you with open arms. I ask you the loyal members here to do me this one solid and give them a pass on what can only be described as a bad night.

I know some of you are looking for the slightest mix-up by us to criticize our site and our sponsors but those posters are only few in number and regardless of what I say or any sponsor does they will not change.

However I know the vast majority of you understand that The Rx must have sponsors to be here for you and quite frankly exist as a free forum. The entire Rx staff works very hard to make things as easy and as simple as possible for you to enjoy your experience here.

I personally do not care how much bashing I take but please allow a brand new sponsor a bit of slack if you would be so kind.

The account id is an internal system number. You don't really need to remember it or anything as we can identify you with your username. It is just a secondary way that we can use to pull your account in our system.

Sorry we got caught with our pants down, we are simply trying to transition to a new CS location (bigger). We are doing it now because major sports season is right around the corner and we want to be setup for high volume then, THIS WILL NOT HAPPEN AGAIN! We will always answer a call from here out!

We will also add Live Chat in next day or so, now you guys will have more than one way to contact us.

It being at 2am is no excuse, again we apologize and hope you can look past this unfortunate event.

I tried to open an account a few minutes ago and the once I enter my information, then click "Confirm and Create Account" -- nothing happens. It's like the button does not initiate a program or process to register the account. Is there a technical glitch today?

I've had 3 established books I know of for sure that I couldn't open an account online with that had no excuse, so had to call in to get it done.

At least in this case there is a valid reason.....

Guys, are you sure you have filled all fields, can you please recheck when you click on create account if any of the fields is blinking or with a red sign under it? It is possible that you haven't filled something as everyone else is currently signing up without any problems. If the problem persists, please send email to help@synbet.com and they will open it for you.
