Regarding last night at Synbet...
For the record I just spoke to one of the upper management people at SYNbet and discussed the telephone situation situation in their CSD office in Costa Rica last night. There records indicate only one missed call at 2AM EST.
I would also like to add that SYNbet and Pulsebet are both in the process of moving from Costa Rica to a location in Europe and are trying to service an influx of new clients while also moving around 5000 miles to a new and much more modern location.
Please believe me, I am not trying to make excuses for them but just telling you the entire situation as it was explained to me.
Apparently their graveyard shift missed at least one call and possibly other callers received a taped message but no one is more apologetic than the upper management at Synbet over this.
Soon they will be established in their new European offices, where they have already begun to hire a sufficient staff with excellent language skills, to man their phones 24/7 with live persons there soley to serve you and answer your questions in clear and understandable English.
I ask you to not judge them simply because of one isolated incident where they were understafed at an office they are closing down soon and judge them for the wide range of wagering opportunities they will be offering this football season and the many generous contests they have already negotiated with The Rx.com for the benefit of you the Rx posting body.
I promise you this was a one time incident that could happen anywhere. I will add that since day one both their General Manager and Marketing Director have been available to myself and other Rx employees such as Hache Man at any time of day should we need to discuss their transition into the Platinum sponsor spot here at The Rx.com. or any other matter involving their relationship with The Rx and it's Posters.
Right now a substantial number of quality books are turning their backs on US residents while both SYNbet and Pulsebet are reaching out to you with open arms. I ask you the loyal members here to do me this one solid and give them a pass on what can only be described as a bad night.
I know some of you are looking for the slightest mix-up by us to criticize our site and our sponsors but those posters are only few in number and regardless of what I say or any sponsor does they will not change.
However I know the vast majority of you understand that The Rx must have sponsors to be here for you and quite frankly exist as a free forum. The entire Rx staff works very hard to make things as easy and as simple as possible for you to enjoy your experience here.
I personally do not care how much bashing I take but please allow a brand new sponsor a bit of slack if you would be so kind.
