Reported a line open late at heritage today and...

The lady in the live chat session told me I had to call a 1-800 # becasue they can't contact the wagering dept??

Is this normal?? Just seemed weird to me that they couldn't notify the sports dept of a tennis line open late....it was already 2-0 in the first set and the lines was not going off for another 20 mins. I sent them a email...I hope they got it. I just hate calling sportsbooks due to some bad experiences in the past.. mostly due to language barriers...lol

I'd just say fuck it if they have no way to contact another department. You tried. Not your problem anymore (unless you were searching for a little gift for alerting them, in that case then I'd call I suppose).
