I just wanted to post to let everyone know about my recent experience with BetOnline.com.
I actually just registered lastnight, as I have been previously using 5Dimes.com. Upon registering, I rec'd an e-mail lastnight stating, "Until August 15th, Deposing $300 and we'll bump it up to $400....".
After rec'ing this e-mail, I was a little off-put at the date they provided. So before I made a deposit, I spoke with their Live Chat option to confirm what bonus I would receive.

Make sure you're doing this from the e-mail you have registered on your BetOnline's account. A different department deals with these requests, they handle them by email to ensure there are no mistakes. Let me remind you that in order to receive a bonus for a deposit, the request must be made within 24 hours of said deposit.

After I make the deposit, I then follow their exact instructions and e-mail the promotions department. And I rec a response of:
Unfortunately the 33% Promo has expired since August 31st. However, for the Credit Card deposit you made on 09-01-11 for $500.00 I can offered you a 15% Bonus Play Bonus with x10 times Roll Over (x10 Roll Over).
If you agree please let us know (ASAP) so we can proceed with your request.
So, I am now awaiting a response... Anyone else had an experience like this?
