Thanks Wil as always. Just talked to them & the CFB won't be up till Tues!! Maybe you can talk to them & ask them to get in line w/the rest of the industry, that is IF they want to be up there w/the top tier books. BetOnLine, Heritage, etc.! Our (RX) strength in numbers should count for something, also your charming ways

Thank you for having a help hand in this. You may remember that I was a big supporter of easystreet v cory when the news first came out. I do think their CS is top notch, and I've always had extremely fast payouts with them....
However, they have completely dropped the ball on the football season thus far. It makes your stomach turn a bit when you FOUGHT for a companys reputation and then they do things like this.
On Saturday, they didn't have ANY of the spreads on the extra college games. Of course that was the only bet I wanted to make. (Side note: It won by more than 4 TDs, and i ended up doing losing on other plays because that wasn't an option) This was around 11am EST the day of! It's unacceptable. That alone was enough to make me wonder about EZ dedication to provide a solid out to US members.
Then today I am reading about how they don't have any college lines available for this week. Again, unacceptable for a major book to be this slow. Not to mention it is ridiculous to charge the prices they are to move key numbers. It's starting to feel like a squareshop.
EZStreetSports absolutely has GREAT customer service. It's not easy to create that standard of CS across the board. EZ has successfully done that. But their betting options has to be equal to the level of customer service. This shop has potential. The fact that they have the quickest payouts I've received with any book shows that they are putting forth the effort to be great. But they have to get better in some key areas with their football lines.
I hope they are seeing that even their supporters are asking to see a quick change.
