.....when there is only ONE message in the box? Someone keeps trying to PM me and it tells them that the box is full. This can't be with only one message saved!! WHAT GIVES?

you need to empty " sent & received " MGS if you haven't ..............

I bet your sent box is full
You may just be looking at you inbox.
You also have to clear your sent box
