Who should I speak to about opening an account?
I spoke with Lucy last night who was very helpful. I'm trying to open an account and they're website tells me to please enter an email address. Well i've entered and re-entered my active email address going on 10x now and it's giving me the same message each time.
So i call to talk to someone and get this chump on the phone who keeps asking me the same question over and over and over. I ask to speak with an american who could better understand me, as he must most since he keeps asking the same question over and over, and he refuses...... WTF?
