back when i had directtv and had a problem and had to call i would choose the new service option. they answer the phone in record time. would argue with the person about waiting my life away waiting for someone to answer and why does the new service line answer so quick.they would connect me with someone to help only had to wait a couple of minutes. worth a try if u need to call them.
Directv is the shittiest service of anything I've ever used. If it's raining anywhere it cuts out. Save yourself some headache and just get FIOS with the redzone channel, eventually Directv will lose exclusivity on the package, until then the redzone channel is great for keeping up on every game all at once.
