According to Todd Furman, senior race and sportsbook analyst for Caesars Entertainment, his sportsbook won’t recognize the change made by the Pac-12 office.

“We graded the bet at 17-14,” Fuhrman said. “We dont recognize overturned results. Every book can operate how they choose. However, they should have it addressed in their house rules.”

long rule of 1st Ap result official. young bookies need to make rules. If your book says Vegas rules apply they need to pay out Utah.

I've had a couple of dialogues with my (offshore) book. They initially graded using 17-14 and then re-graded using 23-14 a few hours later. Their rules state that they don't recognize overturned decisions. However, in my discussions, they continue to claim this was a misreported score and not an overturned decision. I believe they're interpretation is completely wrong.

Not a misreported score. USC athletic department called the Pac 12 to get the overrule.

ive been reading where they say the issue with that flag is, the new rule for celebration applies to players active during the play, so since it was players from the sideline rushing onto the field and not any of the active 11 taunting or what not, that the penalty was suppose to be a dead ball unsportsmanlike penalty as opposed to the new rule that can negate a td

of course you are right, but since its their book they interpret the rules to benefit them. the situation in vegas is the reason they have the rule 'no re-grades'. Did anyone cash a usc ticket?
