chiefs are kind of stuck with cassel and that huge contract from '09. It would be a payroll disaster if they also invested in luck and cripple other potential pieces of the draft.

Not as bad as the Vikes!! They have THE worst personnel guy in the league. Spielman is clueless!! Areas of need were, Ol, DB, & WR. NONE were addressed, they whine about "cap space". Almost every tm in the league has the same problem, but somehow get it done. Shiting contracts $$ around, cutting guys before cap sets in etc.! There were all kinds of WR &
DB's available in the draft & FA, what did we do? Not one fucking thing. There are only 2 players on O who could start for any other team, AD, & Harvin, and they refuse to use Percy in a way that would isolate him the way Miami does w/Bush. Purple will be lucky to win 4. Disgusting.:>(

1. Don't underestimate the Bills
2. The loss of Tony Moeki(former Iowa TE) was killer for the KC offense

The Bills look to go 2-0 this week when they host OAK, there is Superbowl fever in Buffalo once again with the emergence of TE Chandler(former Iowa TE) who caught two TD passes last week at KC....................this after having only one catch in his career previously.

heh...Nothing like an upgrade at Tight End to really get the fans back on that bandwagon which has been stalled for the entire 21st century to date

who owms the cheeps

I think it's still the Hunt family. My younger sister was (is?) one of the lead attorneys for that account, though I've not talked to her about it in several years...

ya....here's the weeky page on the cheeps

Lamar Hunt family not known for their outstanding longterm football moxie....They've managed to skirt a lot of the criticism because - after all - Al Davis is The Crazy Old Timer.

There were so many frauds last year it was unbelievable. Seahwaks, Chiefs, Bucs and Bears will not do anything this year.
