so im logged into my bookmaker account and I notice there is no in prog quarter box or live line box for monday night football. I keep waiting for them to appear and nothing happens. I know they have been promoting a new live betting thing a top the site for the past week or 2. everytime i go into it, its always completely usless things to bet.
1st play of the 8th drive in the 2h will be rush for gain, completed pass, other outcome etc.
I never see anything like pats -13.5 and over under 51 or some shit like that.
so i decide to contact live help and ask where the live lines are (mind you they were where they always have been for the dallas game last night). customer service rep tells me the live manager says everything is up sir. I tell him what he is missing, and he goes on to tell me to clear my cookies and my history and i might see the missing boxes (what the fuck is this guy smoking). so i tell him no, i talked to 3 friends who play there and none of them have it either. he told me to call in and talk to the guy.
so I call in and the live manager is a complete asshole. Im like hi im calling reguarding your live nfl line and in prog quarters. He says Im really busy, I don't have time to talk to you. Then he goes on to say if I make it quick, he might help. Asks me if im a cris player or bookmaker. I tell him the problem and he goes on to say everything is now in the live line (in gold section) for their new program they launched and hung up on me.
