once I purchase the bank certified check, can I cancel it?? if so, how long does it take to get my money back?? I tried to google it and some people say if I have already sent it to the receiver, it can take up to 90days before I can get my money back. But if I haven't sent it yet, do I just bring it back to bank and they refund the money right away back to my account?? how does this work??
