Update...Woman Sentenced To 5 Years In McDonald’s Transgender Attack

TOWSON, Md. (WJZ) –It was a scandalous hate crime caught on camera that grabbed national headlines. Now one of the two young women accused of beating a transgender woman at a McDonalds learns her punishment.
Derek Valcourt has details on the sentencing.
Convicted of a hate crime and first degree assault. Five years in prison.
Over and over again, two teenage girls attack and beat Chrissy Polis inside a Baltimore County McDonalds until she goes into a seizure — all while a laughing McDonald’s employee records the vicious attack on his cell phone.
The Youtube video sparked community outrage and landed 19-year-old Teonna Brown and her 14-year-old accomplice in jail. Brown now sentenced to five years in prison.

The prosecuter says in the story it was all about justice..... If so why didnt he have her indicted on Federal hate crime charges instead of the state charges. The hate crime alone gets her 10 years in a Federal Prison.

O wait thats right i forgot.....The DOJ says a hate crime cannot occur if the attacker is a minority and the victim is white. Elect clowns and you get the whole circus..............

I tell ya.....Many days I dream of giving up my whitebread suburban lifestyle here in Tampa Bay area of FL and moving up the socio-economic ladder to become a middle aged black man living in Baltimore

If this had not made national news that piece of shit women would have gotten off scott free... Baltimore is becoming more and more of a shit hole everyday that goes by... I live about 45 miles outside of the city and only go there for Ravens games and Oriole games...other then that it is a complete dump and falling apart
