Benny Sapp Profile
In the wake of veteran cornerback Benny Sapp allowing a 99-yard touchdown pass to New England Patriots wide receiver Wes Welker, he's now out of a job.
The Miami Dolphins cut Sapp today, according to his agent, Andy Simms.
Patriots quarterback Tom Brady passed for 517 yards during his team's victory Monday night.
Of course, all of that yardage wasn't all gained at Sapp's expense.
The Patriots also had success against starting cornerbacks Sean Smith and Vontae Davis.
