Buying points around post time

I tried at three books today to buy points about 5 minutes before POST TIME. The books were CRIS, CATALINA and PINNACLE and all 3 denied me online. Is this new? Did all the books get together and make this a new rule?

No, not really New. Pinny has been doing this for a while. Catalina shadows Pinny on just about Anything.... and Cris is being Cris.
