I opened my account with Heritage Sports (after being transferred from Bet Jamaica) with a $2,500 cash deposit (WU). Won $3,000 last weekend & requested a check for $2,500. Was told they could not send a check because I did not hit the 3x rollover request. I told them to "cancel" my rollover bonus & send me a cashiers check for the $2,500. They told me they could not cancel the bonus & they can not send me any check until I hit the 3x rollover requirement. Is this a typical procedure? I have waived rollover bonus payouts before at BJ no problem.
