Florida -114: Braves just not playing well right now, extremely tough loss last night giving up a 2 out 2-run walkoff in 9th. Hangover.

San Diego -105: Latos good success against Rockies, and Colorado looks very disinterested right now. Just finished series with rival SF over the weekend, laid a complete egg last night against SD. Nothing to play for, several starters haven't been playing. Like SD here.

SF +115: Lincecum as a dog, SF on a winning streak, Giants 10 games over .500 against LH. Kershaw is fantastic, but Giants have beaten him before, still have a glimmer of hope in the race. I'll take the odds here with Lincecum.

LA Angels +127: They hit LH, have had success against Cecil. They are still in the race, and to have any chance of a meaningful series against Texas next week they just can't afford any more losses. They will do everything they can to get the W tonight. At plus odds I will take the team with a lot more to play for, coming off a loss last night, with success against LH and this starter.

Pittsburgh +205: They almost pulled it off last night, losing 1-0 as huge dogs. Had runner on 3rd with 1 out in 9th last night, and runner inexplicably held on a ground ball. Gotta go on contact in that situation. 1B bobbled, still got the out and McCutcheon struck out to end it. Tough beat at huge odds last night. I'll try them 1 more time. Arizona been tightening up just a bit lately, dropped a couple to SD. Morton pitched well in August, a couple rough starts in Sep but his last start was good against St Louis. At big odds, I'll go with Pittsburgh one more time.

Seattle -105: 2 teams going in opposite directions. Twins lost 9 straight. Mariners played NNY and Texas tough, winning a few. Seattle hammered Cleveland last night, I'll go with the team playing better ball right now.

4-2 with 2 nice juice winners.

Atlanta played an excellent game and started the day with a loss at -114. Angels hammered Toronto at a nice +127, Latos and the Padres shut down Colorado at -105, Seattle survived a bases loaded no out 9th to win 5-4 at -105.

Heading into the evening we're 3-1 with units at 2.13

Giants stayed close but couldn't crack the Dodger pen, stranding runners in scoring position for a tough 2-1 loss at -115. Congrats to the under players, I know several of you were on the under. So at 1.13 units I had Pittsburgh left at a fat +205. They led from the start for a beautiful 5-3 win, netting 3.18 units on a 4-2 day. I'll take that every time.

Hope some of you joined me on that Pittsburgh win, great way to end a solid day. Good luck to you guys tomorrow.
