Listening to clerk calls and helping them to be their best can have its rewards. It also can be painful for the evaluator. I would love to put the call up, but that wouldn't be cool so instead i am putting my comments for the call up.

CUSTOMER HAD TO REPEAT ATLANTA OVER 10 TIMES AND YOU STILL DIDNT GET IT, THE POOR CUSTOMER, DONT SAY OMG ON CALL, ASK FOR HELP NEXT TIME, CLAIM FOR ENTERING WAGER AFTER CUST SAID NO PLAY, AND THE WRONG PARLAY AT THAT.

I love going to get a clerk to sign a claim.. they all start to slink down in their chair hoping that if it is for them, i wont see them, and not realising i can look it up before i leave my computer anyway.

funny.

We should have saved the one when the big earthquake close to Poas moved the office pretty good, the head supervisor bolted out of his seat so fast... guess he's not one to stay calm in all situations...

MISSED GREETING AND PASSWORD, BAD ATTITUDE WHEN CUSTOMER ASKED TO GO OVER WAGERS, THEN YOU RAISED YOUR VOICE WHEN ONE OF THE WAGERS WAS WRONG, BAD CALL
