Just getting a chance to review the lines for this weeks upcoming games and a few stand out as "suspicious".

The first game on the board is the 49er/Bengals -3. Both teams are 1-1 and you have a west coast team traveling east for an early game. Can the 49ers bounce back from their 4th quarter collapse to a QB with broken ribs and a punctured lung?

Lions -3.5/Vikings. Have to admit that the Lions are firing on all cylinders, but this is the first time the Lions are laying points on the road in almost a decade. Vikings are 0-2 and let the "comeback kids" Bucs beat them in the 4th quarter. But they are at home and facing a division opponent...as an underdog no less.

Jets -3/Raiders. Jets seem to always have trouble traveling to Oakland and this week should be no different as you have an east coast team traveling west for a late game. Raiders let the Bills come back on them when they had the game in hand. Public should be all over 2-0 Jets.

Ravens -3.5/Rams. Boy does this game have "trap" written all over it. Public was all over the Ravens last week, including myself and others in the Hilton contest. But if we listened to Colin Cowherd, we would have been on the Titans. He said the Titans O-line could handle the Ravens "D". Looks like he was right. So how can the Ravens ONLY be 3.5 over the 0-2 Rams?

Falcons/Bucs -1.5. I'll bet a dollar to a donut that this line is down to pick by Sunday. After their showing on SNF against the highly touted Eagles, how can the public not be all over the Falcons? Bucs had a nice comeback in the 4th like they did most of last year. Did it again, but most will think, look who they played!" Can't see the public not being all over the Falcons. If you like the "BIRDS", you better bet them now, and buy up to +2.

Cards -3/Seahawks. Wow! Seahawks facing a high powered Cards offense with Kolb having some great passing stats and wide out Fitzgerald on the loose. Hawks were beaten up in their first two games by the 49ers and then the Steelers who shut them out. So how can the Cards only be a 3 point fave? Hawks have only scored 17 points while giving up 53. Cards defense might be a little suspect, but this is the Seahawks for crying out loud. And don't they (Cards) owe some payback for last year? This IS a division game and the Cards have to win this one. But just look at that line!!

Packers -3.5/Bears. I don't know if this line is so suspicious as it is a division game against a hated rival, and the Bears performed well in week 1 at home handily defeating the Falcons. But the Packers are taking care of business in hopes of another Super Bowl run. Bears seemed to collapse against the Saints and were a big wise guy play last week and the line moved down from 7 to 5. Bears should really be up for this game if they want any chance to make the playoffs. They can be tied with the Packers IF they should come away with a victory. Going to be a great game if the Bears Jeckle and Hyde QB shows up as Jeckle and not Hyde.
