In Need of a Book

I only occasionally bet on sports games. I used to use bookmaker when I wanted to place bets. Last Friday night (at 3 in the morning might I add) I logged onto bookmaker to make a deposit. The card was declined so I got on live chat and they told me they would have to process it through chat. No big deal.

Anyways, long story short. The person on live chat kept me on there for over 25 minutes just trying to make a deposit of $300. I would not hear back from them for over 5 minutes to which I would type "hello". Twice, the live chat operator responded with some rude ass message saying "you are going to have to hold on, we are very busy." I don't know how in the flying fuck they were busy at 3 in the morning but whatever.

Fast forward to tonight. I wanted to put a little more money on after losing my small bankroll playing poker. I get back on livechat and I swear the person is totally ignoring me at times. She asked for my password 3 teams, as well as how much I wanted to deposit 3 times. I think they were playing some sort of joke on me. Anyways, I just got fed up and told them to cancel the deposit. I was kind of sour on them after the person on Friday night treated me like shit and was rude even though I am a paying customer. I understand a $300 deposit isn't much but jesus.

Can anyone recommend a book to me. Just need it to accept US players and should I ever win (which I seriously doubt will happen) I would like no problems with cashout.

I really want to still use Bookmaker but I value customer service. Bad customer service is one of my biggest pet peeves. I understand my measly $300 means shit to bookmaker, but I would like to be treated like any other. Seriously, can anyone tell me how in the fuck a book would be that busy at 3 in the morning?

My primary, most wagering options in cyberland, reduced juice, fast payouts, I request snail mail check on Monday morning, it's in the mailbox by Friday, more importantly, the check clears overnight.

Some say 'Tony' is gruff, but I've never had a problem with him.

IMO, the best book by far in cyberland.

Just ask the mods here (they can recommend a few others just as good) but for my money, can't beat 5Dimes.

I've used 5d in the past multiple times and have never, ever had a problem with them. They also have poker options as well and there always seems to be plenty of games going on at any time. Never dealt with Tony personally so I only have stories about him being "gruff", but he is as honest as they come. If you win he will pay you - bottom line is that your money is safe. The reduced juice options are really, really nice as well as you'll see plenty of games at -105 or less. Though he caps the amount of the bet at -105 at $50, if you're a smaller player that can work out well for you as depositing $300 at a time that should probably be your biggest bet size.

70% of my Bankroll is at Betonline, 20% at 5Dimes , the other 10% is spread around.

I would go with either of those two. (<)<

Thanks for the replies fellas. Have never had any problems at Bookmaker but rude customer service makes me look elsewhere. Especially at 3 in the fucking morning. Dumb bitch acted like the super bowl was going on or something.

If CS is important to you, there really isn't any nicer people than EZstreetsports. they will even email you the WU/MG info which is nice.. great CS

not a fan of 5dimes CS, although much better limits and games to choose from

Looked at both and decided to go with EZstreets. Spoke with Griffin over there and he was very nice and helpful. At least they weren't rude to a paying customer like those fucks over at bookmaker.

Thanks for the offer man. I am actually not in FW right now, the wife got offered a news anchor gig for a smaller Texas market so we have moved.
