Well since I made a thread about bookmaker and the shitty customer service I got there, I thought I should make one about how great the customer service was at EZstreet.

Dealt with Griffin and he was a very nice guy and helped me get my deposit in even though I was having trouble with both WU and Moneygram. Thanks to Defying for recommending me and I am very impressed already with this book and I haven't even made a wager yet. Like that I can call in and not have to wait a long time on hold over the phone.

Since I value Customer Service, just thought I would make a post and let everyone know that I received great customer service at this book. Hope you boys win a lot of money this weekend on the games.

So far I'm impressed with them....

Only wish the lines were eastern time (not PT (Vegas time))

All else is perfect so far....

Did you ask for IT when you called ..............they did it for me last year , while I was on hold ......

For all the naysayer's out there! I would like to report and say THANK YOU to EZstreetsports for paying me the money they owed me, even after I was no longer working there! Shows a lot of class on their part! I appreciate it (I honestly wish we could have reached an agreement that would have kept me there) But everything happens for a reason! I wish them all the best in the years to come.

As I have said many times before they are a solid shop and the owners & management have been nothing but nice too me!

While Dan is not an agent, he knows you, and will help you. he knows you have been there a long time and are loyal to them. he WILL go to bat for you.

ezstreet normally puts up totals for cbb 1 hr before game.. if they could change this one thing i would like them a whole lot more for basketball season
