Withdrawal method from online book: ACH vs. Fedex Check QUESTION

Hey folks,
Is there any disadvantage to having funds sent directly to your bank - as opposed to having them send a check via Fedex? And if so, what are they?

Is it a risk to provide your bank acc't info?

Any experience on this folks?

I was trying to go through Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) to see if there was something about a sportsbook sending money to a player, but it only talks about sending money to the gambling establishment.

Still, I think a guaranteed cashiers check is better.
