I think there is no way Ryan sits this evening. With home field in the balance he will play for sure. Something about this team this season that makes me think they get deep. Cant think of a better tandem than Ryan and Prince. Needed 3 dingers for Prince to go over season HR's of 37.5 and gets em in last nights game. WOW.

Not exactly Ted Williams. Braun has bigger fish to fry. Don't be surprised if Reyes is batting leadoff for the Brew Crew next season. He'll be their No. 1 target this offseason.

Brauny will bring his A game for sure. Guy can handle the spotlight. By nights end I say 80% of baseball people say Jose's move was bush league. I cannot offer an objective opinion because I am a crazy Crew fan. If he does not get the title he should get MVP imo.
If Prince leaves, Reyes would be the best move. I am not sold on Prince leaving however. He has got everything he ever wanted going for him this year. It is going to take an unbelievable offer to move on. Attanascio will get very creative come offer time.

Teddy Ballgame was the "model of class", for this situation in 1941. One of my 2 fav. of ALL time, Ellway the other.

I'm also a Brewer fan, and believe me, Fielder is gone. The Brewers barely make money drawing 3 million with a $90 million payroll. With the pitching staff signed for next year, Braun, Hart and Weeks signed long-term, the Brewers would have to play with five players in the field if they signed Fielder. While he is a great hitter, he is a liabilitiy in the field and the nation will see the Brewers don't field worth a damn when the playoffs start. Fielder can go somewhere in the A.L. and be a 1B/DH.

Williams was the greatest!!!!!!
1941) .406 lost the triple crown by 5 RBI's to a player who had 100 ore AB's
1942) Triple Crown
1943-1945 off to war
1946) MVP
1947) Triple Crown
1948) Batting Crown only .369
1949) MVP, lost Triple Crown .00016 points to George Kell both batted .343
What a decade
