I want to know how a 16th ranked USF team, whose best win is a 3 point win over a mediocre ND team, a team who's strength of schedule is 118th in the nation, is going to miraculously going to leap frog 6 other teams ranked higher than them in the top 25 and vault into the top ten with a win over a mediocre 2-2 Pitt team.
