These guys are very happy to take the money in, but it turns out that getting any of it back if you should dare to win on occasion is very difficult. They offer a free wire transfer, then claim that the wire transfer wouldn't go through (when the transfer information was entirely accurate) and put the money back in the account. They suggest that you can request a check but the check has to be in a fixed increment and they'll charge you $50 for each such increment beyond the first. And oh-by-the-way, you might see the check in a week or so if you're lucky.
In short, they want to force you to keep the money in the account as long as possible.
