What should I do if stiffed by on-line book?

Guys,

I made two bets tonight. One was 172.50 on the Bears which lost. The other was a proposition bet that no defensive or special teams TD's would be scored. I bet 200 to win 100. This bet won. When I checked my account, the loss on the Bears was graded properly, but the prop bet that won vanished. My 200 was put back into my account but not the 100.

I attempted to resolve this via internet but got the run around about no internet bets can be disputed and a bunch of bull. Naturally, no manager was availible.

I know its not a great deal of money but I confirmed this bet several times and it showed pending in my account. I have lost a ton of money this past year and I don't bitch when I lose, but I sure as hell want to get paid when I win. Any ideas?

My suggestion is that you email Wil and try resolve it if its a sponsored book. If after trying to resolve it through Wil fails out the book here on the forum so no one else puts money in that book.

Do you have the ticket number? Did you print your confirmation? If not, then there's no proof you made the bet.

Thanks for your comments. Book credited my account last night after much haggling. I'm concerned but will stay with book since they made good. Steve

Who shoots the screen on every bet, though ? If you have to do that, you have a bad book, but there are very few good books left, as well.

I bet at some of the best books in the business and have sworn I made bets that didn't show up when I went to check on my balance. Probably just never hit confirm, which was likely the case here. Congrats on getting paid regardless though!

yep, 99% chance it is your error if at an "A" book , but it could be foul-play at a D Book.
