Long story, I HAVE to make a wager on if there is a score in the 1st inning of the Brewers/Cards

The out I will be using is +135 YES, -165 NO.

What is the smart bet (insert joke here)?

Keep in mind, I HAVE to make this wager.

Smart bet? You need six outs without a run. You have two pitchers at peak performance, pitching lights out. Did not research their first inning trends or their team trend for the year, but I would have to go UNDER.
