I have make 26k so far this season at sportsbetting.com...they only allow withdrawal by check ($2500 max) and bank wire ($9500 max). First off, how legal is this?? I've never made withdrawals bigger than $2500...whats the safest way to go about this??? :toast:

not a topic for the forums out in the open..u have to work with the actual book and u have to use their options. sometimes they have other options not listed..tell them your concerns and what you would like, you never know...then pay uncle taxes if you to make a profit, keep records, or consult a financial adviser on how to handle a large chuck arriving in your bank account.

hopefully someone will help you Trytrytry is a reliable guy that I imagine has pulled 20k+ before. Probably solid advice. Work with the book first and foremost.

keep it small and slow if you want to avoid taxes, however I wouldn't want a big chunk in any one single book these days.

gambling should not be taxed at all ( well maybe offshore accounts). Stuff like lottery and horse racing has already been heavily taxed before you ever buy a ticket, esp. lottery !

actually I don't think he hardly ever withdraws. I think the guy has like $1,000,000 in 400 different books...much of it from contest wins ! He's a great guy, though !

If I was looking to take down a lot like that, fly down there, and bring it back....Is that possible to do?

maybe but dangerous ! The USD is not the official currency in CR, but I'm sure it is accepted currency, do you want to carry 50k USD on you in San Jose, CR ?....that's like risky. The USA air traffic fuckers might steal it from you on return ....if you get that far with it.

not a good option in my opinion !

If they can pay you in cash, why can't they find some secure way to send it to you ?

The expenses involved of collecting in person are not small, either....
