Here we go, I hope to stay hot as baseball has kept my bankroll thriving. Game 1 I look for the Cards to win their first game of a series during this 2011 playoff run. Carpenter is 3-0, or should I say the Cards are when he pitches and he has only had to face a bunch of stiffs to this point in Gallardo, Lee and Halladay. Now he gets Wilson who is 1-2 with an era of 8.04 for these playoffs, including one ugly road start. I also see a lot of high scoring affairs in the WS and I don't see the pitching stopping these offenses.

4* St Louis -120
3* Over 7.5

Good luck, enjoy this matchup, it should be great fun to watch.

Damn I'm getting on a 90 minute flight at first pitch. Good thing I got WIFI to see it pitch by pitch but not live.

I hear there is a strong wind. Does anyone know how strong it is and what direction it's blowing?

Kidman I'd like her to blow hard to right. Wow, nice avatar! 1-1, +1 unit for the WS.

Now that my head is cleared let me post my play for tonights game. Everything went as planned with the Cards winning game one. Tonight Texas evens the series with a 5 unit play as Lewis has been outstanding and I don't see Texas going down 2 games to none.

My gambling blood wants to make a play on the total, but my mind, I'm not sure how after looking at Kid's avatar, is being disciplined and saying don't play the under.

One play 5* Texas, listed pitchers.

I'm at a bar a block away from a movie preimier with Justin Tiberlake but is also a block off the UCLA campus so. Lot of excitement. I don't like the way this game is headed with the home team trailing and what I think is an advantage for St L.

I'm going to the movie premeir to five Justin Timberake some gambling tips and mt autograh.

I can't lay 180 and think St Louis has a chance but leaning toward Texas. I also think they might stay under tonight, but I'm passing. I think we have value in tomorrows game if things fall into place.

Wow, there's the offense we've been looking for. Pujols is amazing, those pitches were for the most part right down the middle.

Now I'm 2-2 +3 units after hitting my 5* but giving some back with a losing 3* run line play. Both of game four starters, their team has won eight of their last nine starts. I think St Louis has a good chance of going up 3-1 but I think there is a better chance the game goes over again. Now we're seeing the fourth best pitchers and the total stays at 9.5 after 23 runs tonight, that doesn't make sense and Arlington is a great park for runs. 4.5* over 9.5

Bad pick last night as the pitchers were outstanding. I'm now 2-3 in the WS, -1.5 units. How can you go against Carpenter when St L has won all four of his playoff starts? How can you go with Texas and CJ when he's lost 3 of his 4 starts. Both pitchers have had 2 road and 2 home starts. Texas was 12-6 with CJ at home and St L was 11-8 with Carp on the road. Texas has not won two in a row in their last nine games as they've been playing the ole flip flop game. IN game one it was St L 3-2 with both pitchers going into the sixth innings. What does it all mean? If Texas has any chance of winning the WS, they must win this game. I'm going with 3* Tex -125 and 3* over 8.

GL, let's quit the flip flop game that I've been playing and get on a run.

Split again on Monday buy lost .2 units so now 3-4, -1.5 units. I'm taking 3* on Texas -05.

Good luck everyone!

My Texas play stood, even though I didn't come back and tell everyone. I thought we had a winner there. Tonight is tough because Texas hasn't lost two in a row since August and St L has the Carp going. I'm playing a 4* under 7.5 even money.

I also think the streak fails so I'm taking a 2* on the Cards
