This guy might be good or he might be lucky. Or maybe both. He probably doesn’t care since he gets to pad his wallet either way.
According to Dick Jerardi at the Daily News, one player at Delaware Park put down $5 on a 15-team NFL parlay before Week 5. He got 13 games correct last week and hit two more this week. Just picking the winners is difficult enough. Even more impressive: he made the picks against the spread. The odds on that happening are 32,000 to 1. When the unknown gambler turns in his ticket, his investment will yield $100,000.
