They handed him the closer spot to start the season 2 years ago and he was not ready. He was one of the players they offered up in the deal with cleveland that brought them the white left fielder (blanking on his name now and is gone), but cleveland took Perez instead who was an all start this year. Around the break everyone was complaining about losing Perez and keeping him. He is Dominate right now though!

not sure he has much longevity, there s guys that come in for a period of time and do well and struggle more the more they pitch....Not saying he wont do well for the short term but id be surprised if hes a guy that puts together a whole season with real good numbers
