Don't forget Stanford. They have an NFL qb who will be better than they have ever faced. Not saying that Bama isn't the best team or LSU isn't the 2nd best team.

You have a problem with Stanford ? They have been beating everyone with ease all year long. We'll see what happens when Stanford plays Oregon in a few weeks.

Absolutely no problem with Stanford. Would love to see either LSU or Alabama play Stanford for the BCS title!

LSU or Alabama would beat Stanford. Stanford is a little shaky on the defensive side of the ball in my opinion.

Stanfords offense is better then LSU's or Bama's. Defense, the SEC teams get the nod, but not as much as most would like to believe

Every year we hear the same arguments but the SEC continues to prove their point, as they look for their 6th straight NCAA Title.

Stanford has won 10 straight by 27+. I hope they can continue the streak at USC next week.

The SEC has and probably will always be the most dominant conference overall.
There is simply more talent overall in the area.

These things tend to run in cycles...Army (back in the day), Notre Dame, Ohio State, Southern Cal have all been the king of the hill at one time or another...but no question, the SEC is the dominant right now.

Give me Stanford for the max when they play for it all.

Unlike Oregon, these guys from Stanford are not only fast, they are very big. Then throw in the best QB I have seen in many years and the SEC teams will have their hands full. However like I said earlier.... Cardinals have a lot of worthy opponents ahead of them in coming weeks.
