Have had one party look at it 3 times in the past few weeks, apparently she needs to be out of current place by Nov 3rd. She seems to be getting an inheritance of some sort, wants to write up a contract on Wednesday, no talk of a counter-offer or inspection, etc.

I hope this goes through !

paid about 155k in 2002. Started trying to sell at 239k a year ago, market has become worse 209k now, peak would have been about 250k some 3 years ago.

I built my house 5-6 yrs ago (5000sq ft)....It's worth 40k...less..

I've have 2 Condos in FLOR.....(theres a thread some where)

one I got my ass kicked'in...the other... making money from a "short sale" ...buy...

the market can work for you...for sure..

I want out of here before winter for sure.

I'm not even sure where to go, but at least 500 miles South to North Carolina, and I want to rent, screw buying something you can never sell !

I'll be shopping for a trailer hitch Monday, maybe even a trailer if rentals are too high, just something enclosed that can be be pulled with a V6, F-150. I doubt I'll buy one.
