question on this place..seems to have a link with RX in some manner.
If a player would have some issues with a sportsbook and want some help do we work through mods here first? or go straight to this place and fill out that form?
do they help with books that are not listed (sponsors of that site?)..say you have a problem with "crazysportswagering.com" can you get some help at that site? or only if you have a problem with say 'bookmaker, justbet, etc' or whatever is listed there?

I joined The Rx team back in the summer. I've been in the business for quite a few years. Worked at Covers and Don Best and have run my own websites (now sold). I also worked in mainstream sports media in Canada (TSN.ca). My background is in journalism, but over the years I've become a certified web nerd.
My role at RateTheBooks (RTB) will be to write reviews, update content, etc. Most of the dispute cases will be handled by Wilheim, however, I will be helping him on occasion and learning from the master.

As for the sportsbooks featured on RTB, we have specifically chosen to review established books. In other words, we have no intention of reviewing a fly-by-night operations at the present time. Nevertheless, if a player is having a dispute with "shadysportswagering.com", we will attempt to help him out the best we can.
