A northwestern Pennsylvania man is jailed on charges he was drunk and exposing himself while going door-to-door harassing his neighbors - until he knocked on the interim police chief's door.

Chief Rich Shopene says he encountered 22-year-old Brody Hall when Hall knocked on Shopene's door about 6:15 a.m. Sunday and told the chief he was there to “scare the children.”

The chief says Hall tried to push past him into the house, but Shopene wrestled Hall to the ground and arrested him. Online court records do not list an attorney for Hall who remained in the Erie County Jail on Tuesday.

The chief says he later learned that Hall had approached other doors in the neighborhood before he arrived at the chief's house.

Hall faces charges including indecent exposure and terroristic threats.

Reporter: WOWT

A Heartland man has been arrested for alleged lewd conduct after Omaha Police track him down at Lake Zorinsky.

The victim, a 36-year-old woman tells officers that she was running at Lake Zorinsky on Friday, September 23rd and as she was crossing the south end of the dam she saw a man sitting on a nearby bench.

According to the woman he had his pants open and shook his penis at her.

The woman called police and gave them a description of the alleged suspect but officers were unable to track him down.

Omaha Police tell Channel 6 News they had received similar calls to the area for lewd conduct and decided to keep the area under surveillance.

On Friday, October 14th another woman phoned 9-1-1 to report an alleged incident of lewd conduct at the lake. Officers were able to locate the 21-year-old suspect.

Officers arrested Jacob Vandry on the 14th for lewd conduct.

Police: Beach flasher left a note propositioning girls[/h] Contact Josh at jtaylor@mysuncoast.com | Posted: Tuesday, August 13, 2013 5:06 pm
VENICE, Fla. - Pictures of a potential serial flasher in Venice are going viral to a certain extent on the Suncoast. Police are now looking for a man they say is exposing and touching himself in front of strangers there. And in one case, he even left a note.
Frankie Abbruzzino runs a community Facebook page called the Venice Scoop. He was recently contacted about a man exposing himself to two young girls at a Venice beach. "This individual found the page and contacted me and said ‘hey, I ran into this issue’."
One of the victims says the man ran off after she snapped a picture. We've elected to crop most of it, but the man appears to be performing inappropriate actions on himself. Another photo shows a letter a victim says the man left soliciting help in his actions in return for money.
The Venice Police Department is now on the case. "They contacted me this morning and asked what kind of communications and pictures I had; anything that could help. They said they are actively looking for the individual," says Abbruzzino.
Venice Police Chief Tom McNulty confirms this is the man they would like to question about the incident. In fact, the chief says they're working three other cases just like it in just the past few days. "Beginning on Saturday we have had four cases where a white male has exposed himself near the beach area."
Two of them were near the fishing pier 10 hours apart. Then a third near the Old Venice Pub, and a fourth on Monday back on the beach near the pier. We've also learned about a fifth incident reported near Caspersen Beach, which is an area known for certain activities.
What's really new, says the chief, is that note. "I can't remember where somebody has done this and left a note. I have worked sex crimes here for many years as a detective. It's a new variation."
From the photo, police believe they are looking for a white male in his 30's or 40's. Victims say he's around 5'7, 170 pounds with a tattoo on his right upper arm.
They are hopeful some extra eyes out there will help. "Social media is great. It can hurt you or it can help you. In this case it can only help," says Chief McNulty.
If you have any additional information or recognize the man in the photo, you are urged to call the Venice Police Department.

[h=6]Man faces charges in Hillsboro, Tigard for exposing himself[/h]

A man arrested after allegedly exposing himself in a Tigard WalMart store was arrested the next day for a similar action in Hillsboro.
Michael Steven Cunningham, 41, of Hillsboro, was arrested on Sunday, July 26, after he allegedly exposed himself to a woman and her four children at the Tigard WalMart supercenter, 7600 S.W. Dartmouth St.
According to Tigard Police, the woman and children were shopping at the store at about 9 p.m. when the man exposed his genitals to them, and then ran off.
A man accompanying the woman notified security, and Tigard Police searched the area.
A Tigard K-9 team located Cunningham in a back yard on nearby Hermosa Way. He was charged with two counts of public indecency and lodged at the Washington County Jail, but was later released.
The following day, on July 27, Cunningham was arrested again, this arrest stemming from an earlier flashing incident at his Hillsboro apartment complex.
According to the Hillsboro Police Department, Cunningham approached two girls, ages 7 and 10, and exposed himself to them on May 30 at the Quatama Crossing apartments, 20625 N.W. Trailwalk Drive, in Hillsboro. The girls told an adult about what happened and the police were called, but the suspect was never found.
Hillsboro Police said in a statement that Cunningham’s arrest in Tigard led them to consider him as a suspect in the case.
“That Tigard arrest provided officers with leads and an identity to pursue this case further,” police said in a statement.
Cunningham was also charged with a third count of public indecency, Hillsboro Police said.
Officers are looking into two other Hillsboro flashing cases that Cunningham may have been involved in, police said, one from March and another from July 25.
“The public’s help is appreciated to ascertain whether other victims may have been ex-posed by Cunningham,” police said.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Joe Ganete at 503-681-6175.
