Okay, new to this forum. I have been struggling for the last two NFL seasons to find an online sportsbook. I have gone back and forth from two or three and can't find one that doesn't have issues. I guess they all have issues. I am considering going back to sportsbet.com I understand that in 2009 5dimes bought them. My biggest question is will they pay you when you win? Also, if they do pay you, is it a nonstop hassel to get the money sent to you? Why is it sooooooo hard to find a sportsbook that you can trust and will work with you?????

Thanks for any advice!!!!

First of all, welcome to the RX. Hope you come to enjoy the site and the wealth of information available to you. As to your question, if I may, I would recommend betonline ahead of sportsbet. Deposits and withdrawls are easy with a variety of choices. Just click on the link above and it will take you to the site where you can check it out for yourself. Once again, welcome, enjoy and best of luck!

oldmanTed, thanks for the link and the nice welcome to the RX. I have never heard of the site before. I have been very frustrated on trying to find a good sportsbook. I guess my concern with these sites is that even this one is saying "Important note: Identity verification and other documentation are often required of players" The reason why I was considering Sportsbet again is that the last time I used them they just sent my money to me by western union, since I sent them the money using western union they never asked me for my drivers lic etc..... Can you share with me what Betonline will require of me to make a withdrawal? Will I have to send them a copy of my drivers lic? I am not real thrilled with having to do that, is that just the way it is? Thanks again for your help, I am a novice at online gambling.

Sure. I completely understand as I feel the same way. If you do not use a credit card, betonline does not require identification documentation. If you send funds via Western Union, you will have a variety of withdrawl options including a Bank Wire, Western Union, Cashier's Check, Moneygram, and others that will require no identification. This book is one of the more highly rated ones and I have dealt with them for quite some time.

OMT.....THANKS FOR ALL THE GREAT INFO!! I am very happy to have found this forum as I have spent wayyyy toooooo much time trying to find a sportsbook and info from someone that has actually used them and had success in collecting their winnings from the sportsbook. I very much appreciate the advice. I will use betonline and hopefully I will win a few bucks. Good luck to you on your future wagers!

FYI, I was told by betonline when I called them and I was told in a chat session with them that no matter what I MUST provide my private information in order to collect. The only sportsbook that I am aware of that does not require ID for payout (if you depost with western union) is Sportbet.......so my question still stands.....WILL Sportsbet PAY YOU when you win????????

Sportbet will pay you, although im not aware that they will pay u without some verification. They may not require a picture i.d. if you dont use CC's but just about everybody wants to verify your address...

THANKS PPP.....All I can share is that when I have called Sportbet and e-chat with them, they always state that as long as I use Western Union to make the deposit, I do NOT have to provide any id when I collect. I didn't have any problems a few years ago using them so I hope nothing has changed. Good luck to you.
