They have not always paid out or I wouldn't be fighting with them right now to get my money and its not even a processor issue. I have been passed off and passed off from person to person. No one has a clue there. So if you know someone there that I can actually contact let me know because I want my money out of there. They have had me email this group and that group and no one has replied. So just because they are a sponsor on your site doesn't make them a good book. So no they don't ALWAYS pay out.
