Not much there, but here in Vegas one can get the Miami Marlins at 18-1 to win the NL and the Nationals at 25-1 to win the NL. Those are the only two I'm liking strictly as value plays. There's absolutely zero value in the AL. Not sure how I'm going to weight those bets though. We have to guess right on the big FA signings. I think the Nats are ready to contend with what they have now, but would love for them to sign two of these guys: Cespedes, Prince, CJ Wilson. Boy could they use some OBP. Still at that price, it's great value. Let's keep this thread going as the FA signings come in. Thanks.

what abt the Diamondbacks ? they need a good closer and one more ACE in their pitching line up, along with their hot "offense" with GOLD SCHMIDT , they will make it to the play offs again

They just signed Broxton to set up Soria, that is a nice 8th-9th inning tandem.
KC can rake with the best of them, with any kind of starting pitching, they'll make it as the AL WC or even division winner, from there October is anybody's ball game.

yo i would never bet this right now...dont even know whos signing where yet but sick part is i looked through the numbers dont know how tb is ninth lowest and 3 teams of value i know will be players in free agent market is miami washington and chicago cubs but can they go all the way who really knows i doubt it. But if you do lock in now and guys like pujols and reyes start getting snatched up by these teams and pull a miami heat you will have serious leg up might have some great value. i cant lock in without knowing whos signing where just cant do it.

Agreed about Lucky's having great futures odds, but they don't let you place too much on them. They usually cap me at $300 on the long shots. Cal Neva? Isn't that only in Reno?

I thought they had a book in Vegas too.

I don't think so. I wish. I've noticed that Wynn sometimes falls asleep with their futures odds, so I check there regularly. Reno must have some awesome, tempting college basketball odds this time of year. I'm seeing some quality teams still at 50-1 and 75-1.

Solid line movement on my Detroit 16-1. When it comes to picking the loser of a championship, I'm the man. I've now done it 5 times in that four years twice in baseball and twice in the NHL and now one in football with my 7-1 pick on the Patriots, and I only make one or two future picks per sport. One of these days I'll hit one.
